Now that your body is loose, limber and ready for more activity we invite you to push yourself even further by walking, running or bouncing in place for ten more minutes of cardio fitness.  Check out the short film below, also by Yogini Taj Paxton while you move and groove to the tune of a new body.

Meditate

Now settle into a comfortable sitting position.  This can be in an upright chair or in lotus position as Sankofa is demonstrating on his yoga mat.  Breath deeply consentrating on your inhalation and exhalation.  Extend your breathing as you take ten minutes to meditate. Rest and recovery is just as important as exertion.  Remember to give your body time to recover after a strenuous work out. This may include stretching, meditation, resting or taking a post work out nap. Namaste!
